This three part webcast series will explore key areas where Big Data Analytics can bring significant competitive advantage to manufacturing organizations. Part 1 will lay the foundation of how Business Owners, Operators, Engineers and Scientists can access the data in order to take appropriate action in areas such as Quality, Asset Integrity and Root Cause Analysis.
IT is faced with the challenge of how to get all of the data in to the hands of the different individuals and functional areas to address their business and technical problems. We will demonstrate multiple examples of how Spotfire is being used to create guided, self-service analytics for its Engineers and/or Operators that readily access, analyze and visually explore these "Big Data".
In Part 1, we address the landscape and specific use cases in Quality, Asset Integrity and Root Cause Analysis. Our esteemed customers Andrew Choo, Senior Yield Engineer at TriQuint, and Bill Lycette, Quality and Reliability Engineering Manager of Agilent, provide color and then pick up these use cases in greater detail in Parts 2 and 3.
